This DVD is aimed at large and supersized people, and people of any
size, who have difficulty getting down to or up from the floor. It
runs 70 minutes, includes an introduction and safety information,
a demonstration of deep breathing, demonstration of poses, a basic
workout, an advanced workout, and a guided meditation.
It is shot in the forests of Oregon, above the Little North Santiam
River. Digitally shot and edited, it has original music. It was reviewed
in the October 2002 issue of The Yoga Journal.

A fun and challenging video. Very easy to follow. Most of the video
is done in a seated position with an emphasis on technique and the
application to daily activities. Great for beginners.

Megan Garcia, a large woman herself, knows that self-consciousness
and limitations due to shape and size keep many would-be yoga practitioners
from attending actual classes; hence this 45-minute program is designed
to introduce new students to yoga's many benefits. Garcia promises
